Resource Options Inc. is actively seeking Commercial Painters for upcoming projects throughout the Biddeford, Maine and surrounding areas. We're looking for reliable, skilled painters who take pride in quality workmanship and want consistent opportunities with established commercial contractors.
Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, wire brushing, and cleaning
✔ Patch and repair surfaces using caulk, putty, plaster, and other fillers
✔ Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
✔ Mix and match paints to meet project specifications and color requirements
✔ Protect surrounding surfaces with masking materials, drop cloths, and coverings
✔ Remove and reinstall fixtures, outlet covers, and hardware as needed
✔ Perform commercial finish work with attention to detail and quality standards
✔ Create decorative finishes and specialty coatings when required
✔ Safely work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
✔ Follow all jobsite safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
✔ Commercial painting experience preferred
✔ Experience with brush, roll, and spray applications
✔ Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating systems
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Reliable transportation and ability to get to job sites
✔ OSHA certification is a plus but not required
